Subscribing to threads

I can't seem to remember/find how to subscribe to threads?  ::)  I'm sure it's obvious...but I'm stumped...
I see under "Additional Options" that I can chose to be notified? Is this the only way? I know I can do that now as I am posting...but what if I haven't posted, but still want to subscribe or posted earlier...and now want to subscribe?
Perhaps I need more coffee?

Using Notify will subscribe you to the thread. If you want to see a list of threads you are subscribed to go into your Profile, hover your mouse over Modify Profile and select Notifications from the drop down list. From this same screen you can Unsubscribe from threads as well.
